You can reset your password from either the SwipeSimple Mobile App or your SwipeSimple Dashboard or SwipeSimple.com.
From the app
From the app, select Forgot Password from the login page and enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password.
From SwipeSimple.com
Browse to https://swipesimple.com/reset_password , select the orange login button on the top right corner of your screen and enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password.
First Time logging in?
If this is your first time logging in, you should have an email in your inbox. This would have been sent to you when your account was opened. This will have your temporary password.
Log into the app or https://swipesimple.com/sign_in using your email and this temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password immediately. After setting changing it, it will have you log in using it.
