Refunding a transaction

Refunding Transactions In Your Current Batch-

Find the transaction by selecting the three lines in the top left corner. From there go to Transaction History, then find and select the transaction you would like to refund.

Tap Refund and enter the amount you wish to refund.

*Only admin users can perform refunds

Partial Refunds-

You can refund an amount less than the total of a transaction. The result of your full or partial refund will show up as a new record in the History page.

To refund the remaining balance of a transaction, or to perform another partial refund for an amount less than the remaining balance, return to the original transaction listing.

* It may take up to 7-10 days for refunds to be processed.

Refunding Transactions In A Previous Batch-

Find the transaction by selecting the three lines in the top left corner. From there go to Transaction History, then find and select the transaction you would like to refund.

You will either need to have the card present or have the card number and expiration date to run the refund. If the customer is unavailable please call National Processing Support at 800-720-3323 so that we can assist you in running the refund.
