Please follow the instructions below to void a transaction through SwipeSimple on a PAX A80 or PAX A920 terminal.

In SwipeSimple, press on the three lines on the top left of                                 the screen to open the side menu

In the side menu, tap on Transactions History

Find and tap on the transaction you would like to void

Ensure that the transaction gets automatically updated to "Voided"

1. In SwipeSimple, press on the three lines on the top left of                                 the screen to open the side menu
2. In the side menu, tap on Transactions History
3. Find and tap on the transaction you would like to void
4. Tap the Void button
5. On the pop up, tap Void again
6. Ensure that the transaction gets automatically updated to "Voided"
