When in the Sipe Simple Online Portal, you will need to select the Account Settings on the left hand side. New options will appear and you will want to select the Tax Rates (as shown below).

Once there, you will be able to see the name and current percentage of the tax rate you are applying. Select “Edit” to edit this rate and name if you wish to do so. Now you can input the new name or percentage you wanted to change it to and select Update Tax Rate to change this. Log out of your Swipe Simple account on all devices and then log back in to apply it.
