To access your account settings, go online, log in and select the account settings tab (shown below). More settings will populate below when you select it. Here you can access settings for Receipts, Reports, Alerts, Transactions, and Tax Rates. You can find more information on those sections in their respective articles.
Once in the Account Settings tab, you will see options to change certain information on your business.
You have the ability to change the email and phone number that will be viewed by your customers on your receipts. If you have a certain support email/number you would like your customers to contact, put them here. You are also able to change the time zone for your account as well.
If you would like to change your business name, please contact us and we will change that for you.
