Am I able to still apply if I don’t have a SSN, but I have an ITIN?

Yes, as long as you have a controller/manager that we can put on the application with a social security number.

Do you work with Clover?

We do!

The link to my online application is not working.

Double check to make sure your IP address is within the USA. Application links will not work in other countries. Do you work with iptv businesses?

Currently, the banks that we work with do not service iptv.

I don’t have current bank statements because I opened a new account. What can I provide as an alternative?

You can provide processing statements as an alternative, or if you are unable to provide that documentation, we can work with our underwriting team to figure out the best course of action for your application.

What can I provide instead of a void check?

A bank letter or bank statement that shows at least the last 4 digits of the account number.

Do you work with businesses that operate outside of the USA?

Yes, as long as you have a US controller and are taking most of your payments within the US.

What if I don’t have a driver’s license?

We can accept a state ID or Passport.

How long does the approval process take?

Up to 24 hours, but it can be a faster process for low risk companies.

Are plans month to month or long term?

It is a month to month agreement. You can rest easy knowing all our accounts come with a satisfaction guarantee.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fees!

Do you charge additional fees for American Express, business cards, or key-in fees?

We do not charge more for business cards or key-in fees outside of the interchange cost. Our Amex Fees are 40 BPS and $0.15 per transaction.
